The Rodent Brain WorkBench presents a collection of brain mapping and atlasing resources, including anatomical reference atlases, analytic tools, and interactive applications holding organized collections of experimental rat and mouse brain data produced in collaboration with a large number of laboratories in Europe and the United States
The Rodent Brain Workbench is developed and maintained by the Neural Systems Laboratory, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Oslo, Norway, with support from the Norwegian node of the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF), Uninett Sigma, and the European Human Brain Project through the European Union Seventh Framework Program (FP7/2007-2013) under grant agreement no. 604102 (HBP). The resources were formerly supported by The Norwegian Research Council and the Centre for Molecular Biology and Neuroscience (CMBN), a Centre of Excellence at the University of Oslo.
