The Neurotransporter atlas
The Neurotransporter atlas is now open for public access in conjunction with
the report by Holmseth S, Scott HA, Real K, Lehre KP, Leergaard TB, Bjaalie
JG, and Danbolt NC, Neuroscience 2009; 162:1055-71
NT-atlas is an online public neuroscience data repository for extensive
documentation of the distribution of glutamate transporters (Excitatory
Amino Acid Transporters: EAATs). It provides access to collections of high
resolution image data showing the distribution of glutamate receptors in
mouse and rat brains.
